The Virginia Glee Club is delighted to perform virtually at the VWC’s 5th annual Women Against Violence (WAV) concert Saturday, April 17. The theme of this year’s benefit concert is “Brand New Day,” taken from one of the musical selections Light of a Clear Blue Morning.  The concert is filled with uplifting music to provide inspiration and hope on personal journeys through the current pandemic.

The concert will be premiered on the VWC YouTube channel on Saturday, April 17, at 7pm. There is no admission charge, but donations will be accepted and given to “The Women’s Initiative” – a local Charlottesville organization dedicated to providing women with effective counseling, social support and education so they can transform life challenges into positive change and growth.
