The Virginia Glee Club welcomes tenor and bass singers of all talents of the UVA and Charlottesville community to audition with us August 24, 25, 26 and 30, 2022 in Old Cabell Hall on the Grounds of the University of Virginia. Auditionees will audition with our Grammy Award winning conductor, Frank Albinder.
The Virginia Glee Club is celebrating its 152nd season of Harmony, Love and Brotherhood at the University. This season we look forward to a full season of concerts and events including our 82nd Annual Christmas Concerts December 2 & 10, 2022. The ensemble is also planning a spring tour (location TBD) during Spring Break 2023 (March 3 – 12).
Additionally, auditionees who will be current UVA students during the 2022-2023 season are encouraged to apply for the Virginia Glee Club Singer Scholarship. Click here for more information and application. Scholarship application deadline is September 23, 2022.
